Hand painted scarf made of FAUX silk-like textile, suitable for vegans. The Blue Trees scarf is decorated with two trees silhouettes on a pastel blue - teal - navy blue background.

This scarf is a bit longer than 63 x 17 inches (approximately 160 x 43cm).
It is painted with silk paints (again, suitable for vegans!) and it is made to order. Please allow small difference in color set and design as this scarf will be painted specially for you!

The Blue Trees scarves was hand crafted by me on a wonderful silky high quality polyester fabric.

I've selected this material myself from a variety of different choices. Please note that this is not a real silk - far from it - it is synthetic, suitable for vegans.
This polyester imitates chiffon silk: it is a bit transparent, a bit stretchy (easy to wrap and drape!), not shiny but rich. Compared to silk, it is a bit heavier from the type I usually paint on, but it can be painted with really strong, vibrant colors!

This textile lets your skin breaths! If you are looking for a vegan silk substitute, I am highly recommending this one as it is very close to genuine silk chiffon. Please note it might be too heavy for beach summer wear, but it is ideal for autumn - winter - spring time!

The Blue Trees scarf can be washed by hand in lukewarm water and ironed on a lowest temperature set. All carrying and washing instructions will be included!
