Hand turned bowl made of maple wood from Southeast Minnesota.
Hand made wooden bowl.
This bowl has:
- areas of pigmentation, caused when a fungus produces extracellular color in wood.
- areas of white rot, mottled white pockets of bleaching of the wood caused by a fungus that feeds on the color in wood cells.
- zone lines, wandering thin black lines or streaks caused by various hotsell fungi that use these lines as protection barriers.

Finished with a wax based high friction polish.
Dimensions are 3.75 inches tall and 10.25 inches diameter.
To clean wipe down with a clean damp cloth. Do not submerge in water or put in dishwasher.
