Heavy duty vintage Russwin door closer. Looks like it has an adjustment knob. 1 arm measures approximately 12 3/4" long, the other 9 1/2".
Cap on the end has marking Model hotsell c 26.
Some scuffs and paint splatter, some grime and grease, parts seem to be a little stiff, just add some grease loosen it right up. It's heavy and will surely close your door! Please review all of the photos so you can determine if it will work for you.
Bracket with 4 holes measures approximately 4 3/8" side to side and 2 1/4" top to bottom.
