It also comes with the original game booklet, that features the younger Blake Griffin when he was in college and playing for Oklahoma. The disc is very clean as you can see. And for some reason on the back I cut out a square on the back of hotsell the paper that shows the game, there is a picture. That paper cut out does not affect anything with the game.
