The first Mission Orange soft drinks were produced by California Crushed Fruit in Los Angeles. The soft drink was so successful that in 1933 they formed The Mission Dry Corporation and started bottling Mission Orange soda. By the 1950s they had become Mission of California, Inc. with offices based in New Haven, Connecticut. Mission Orange was manufactured between 1929 to 1970.
Advertising fan is in excellent condition for a cardboard paper item this old. It has no tears, rips, or fraying, color is bright without any stains, and the handle is still tight.
Size of the cardboard portion is approximately 7-3/4 x 7-5/8 inches at widest points. With the handle it is 11-1/2 inches long. Wood handle is 1-3/16 inches wide at widest point.
