hotsell Who doesn't love cute Christmas kids on skis?

Made for A Fine Quality in Japan during the 50's, a little boy is clad in a red snowsuit, buttoned up the front. Beautifully detailed facial features include large blue, long lashed eyes, an open red mouth, and wavy brown bangs that stick out from beneath his hood. He holds a sprig of holly in one hand and waves with the other as he skis down the slope on his brown skis. In the background is a snowy embankment, with sponged gold detail.

Measures approximately 4” tall, 5” wide and is in excellent vintage condition. No chips, cracks or repairs, no significant paint loss, a bit of crazing noted. Clean inside, with no floral residue and retains Fine Quality foil label on bottom. We have the mate listed as well, as seen in last picture.
