Description:
Measuring approximately 22 inches long from where the bow starts (if you include the hanging handle it's closer to 25 inches long) and approximately 12-13 inches wide AT WIDEST point (swags are teardrop shaped so they are not this wide the entire length of the swag), this swag . Pine cones and swag is handcrafted starting with a wrapped handle hanger. A mix of faux long pine, faux juniper with berries, and faux cedar are used. Three large red snowflake bells are tied on (bell sizes are 6.5", 5.5", and 4.5"). The swag is finished with an asymmetrical length bow.
Whether on a door or on a wall inside this swag is sure to add a festive touch to your home this winter season.
This wreath is custom made; thus every flower in the picture may not be in the exact spot on the one you get; however, I try to replicate it exactly.
All wreaths ship priority mail. Bows ship either first class mail or priority mail depending on what you select to purchase. I highly recommend priority mail. While it cost a couple dollars more, if you ship first class mail, and the post office loses your package, they will not reimburse you for it. However, they insure all priority mail packages and this allows them to refund you for any lost packages. You will receive a tracking number for your order once it ships. Please note that the post office at times still experiences delays and once it is in transit I cannot change the speed it is delivered. However, if a package is lost by the post office, I can file a claim for you and refund your purchase once it has been missing for 21 days (USPS policy to only accept claims 21 days from ship date).

-Please keep in mind: we cannot guarantee the lifespan of a wreath or bow that is placed outdoors in the elements: Climate conditions such as direct sun exposure and moisture are contributing factors that may shorten the lifespan of a wreath or bow. If you display your wreath on a covered door, you will certainly get a longer life out of it, (Mine last years and years on a covered porch) provided it's not in direct sunlight. It's best to bring in your wreath during rain and severe weather.
-Colors may appear slightly different in photos and on different computer screens. All products are photographed outside, in natural light, with no flash and I do not use any filters.

Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition and packaging, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
*Before a return request is accepted, we require a photo of the item being returned via Etsy Conversations. Once the return is approved, please ship the wreath in the original box with original packing materials within 7 days of receiving it. If an item is not shipped in 7 days, there will be a 20% restocking fee. Please contact us with any questions.
*When we receive the package, we will refund your original payment MINUS shipping charges.
*If a wreath is returned without contacting us first, there is an automatic 20% restock fee.
*If a wreath is shipped back after the 7 day window there is a 20% restock fee.
*While you received “free shipping” on your order, shipping costs will be deducted from the sale of the item before we issue a refund. This varies from 10 dollars to 24 dollars depending on what part of the country you live in. We will provide proof of what we paid to ship it to you when we process the refund.
*If your wreath is damaged during shipping to you, please provide photos of the damage immediately upon receiving it so we can address the situation.
*If we receive a returned wreath altered or damaged by the customer, missing flowers, etc. we will assess the damage at our shop and reduce the refund given accordingly.
*You will always be notified via email to the email on your account that your package has been shipped along with your tracking number. If it is marked delivered, Rustic Bloom Boutique is not responsible for a lost package. Please contact the shipping provider (USPS) to assist you. We are happy to also contact them about it as well.
***Exception: holiday wreaths (Christmas, Thanksgiving) are NONREFUNDABLE if the request for a return is not made within 10 days prior to the specific holiday.
