Multiple exotic woods combine in this end-grain board. Purpleheart, cocobolo, redheart, hotsell wenge, jatoba, yellowheart, maple, walnut, and cherry are all here to give this board its unique personality. As an end-grain board, it is easier on your cutting knives, and its size and shape make it a perfect butter board.

It is 9 1/2" x 10 3/4" x 1", including rubber feet on the bottom to keep it from slipping on kitchen counters. Care is simple: handwash and dry, and a rubdown with a food-grade mineral oil (found at any home improvement center) every couple of months as used to keep it up-to-snuff.
