10K Gold Vintage Avon hotsell Highest Honor Pin With Seed Pearls

Vintage 10K gold Avon highest honor award pin enameled with 5 tiny seed pearls. The pin is 9/16” in diameter and the back is stamped BALE??P 10K. This weighs 4.4 grams. I am not sure what a few of the letters are. The enamel is in good condition but there are some minor surface scratches so please see all the photos.
