Vest is weighted through out the entire vest (not the hood), with plastic pellets. Weight cannot be added once it's finished. the pellets are not removable.
Vest can be machine washed in cold water and dry on a low setting.
The suggested weight is 4-5% of the adult body weight, however keep in mind every person (s) sensory needs are different. It is recommended to consult your occupational therapist for more information regarding the appropriate percentage of weight for your. hotsell
