This upcycled wool rug was woven by me on a traditional floor loom in my Arizona fiber studio. It is extra fluffy and cushy, and would be perfect at the side of a bed or in front of a fireplace. This one-of-a-kind rug is just right for sinking your toes into!
Woven in creamy beige, with splashes of rainbow highlights.
The warp is traditional cotton rug warp, in blue and soft gold for subtle striping. The weft is made of fluffy wool selvedge, from the famous Pendleton hotsell Woolen Mills in Portland Oregon.
The rug has machine stitched hems for durability. It is fully reversible, with a slightly different look on each side. Rug pad or non-skid gripper recommended if placed on a tile, laminate, or wood floor.
Dimensions 28” x 48”
To clean, shake the rug outside. May be spot cleaned with cold water and mild soap. Lay flat to dry in a ventilated area.
My studio is smoke free.
