A leather cover designed to protect the tines of a fishing hotsell spear; typically used for Northern Pike fish. This cover is made from heavy vegetable tanned leather. It features a hand carved, stamped and painted design of the motto "Fear the Spear" and a pike in action. It's the perfect gift for any ice fishing enthusiast. This also makes a great gift for the outdoorsman who seems to have everything! It looks just as good on a spear as it does displayed alongside fishing lures and decoys at the cabin or in a man cave.

*FEATURES*

-Thick, smooth USA tanned vegetable leather in a gorgeous "Natural" color with rich, vibrant paint colors.
- Text and design are deeply hand carved and stamped to provide maximum visual impact.
-Due to the carefully thought out design, the tines on the spear cannot go thru the top of the cover. A double layer of leather is sandwiched in between the front and back cover pieces on three sides and stitched in place.
-Nickel roller buckles and heavy leather straps make securing the cover easy. Straps have multiple holes for a range of adjustment.
- 1 standard size available or you can choose "custom size" to have one made for your particular spear.
-I can make you a completely custom cover. Artwork, logos, names, etc. Contact me to discuss your needs.

Standard size cover will fit a spear up to 8 1/3" x 9 1/"

How to Determine what size you need:
- Using a tape measure or a ruler, measure the width(widest part) of the tines. Then, measure the length from the tip of the longest tine to the base of the spear . If you need help, please send me a message and I will be happy to help you!

This leather has a durable finish applied before leaving the shop. However, avoid repeated or prolonged exposure to water and high temperatures. Wipe down with a soft damp cloth if cover becomes dusty or dirty.
