This beach scene features a sea turtle on one side and the other side has a lighthouse, beach chair, palm tree and a crab. I created these glasses for a beach house in North Carolina. Can be other than sea turtle on the other side. Each can be personalized with names drawn in the sand on the base with the starfish as an option. The paint I use is Americana gloss enamel and the glasses are oven baked for durability. This step makes them top rack dishwasher safe. However, I would recommend treating them like the fine art pieces they are and preserving them by gentle hand washing. (Don't scrub or soak) That said they are absolutely made to be used. I have enjoyed my daily glass of wine using my favorite fish glass design for over 10 years now.
