This is a Star Wars inspired replica C-3PO Shorts kit.

The first 7 photos show what you will be receiving (ruler and tape measure NOT included). Photo #8 shows a pair of shorts that we made for our personal display, using white ABS plastic.
Photos #9 and #10 show what the shorts can look like once assembled and finished.

This kit is not typically in stock and ready to ship, due to storage limitations but there will be a reasonable production period, as they are hand made. The goal is to be able to produce a kit within a 2 to 6 week period but we are willing to discuss that with you if you have a deadline.

Disclaimer:
Due to the nature of vacuum forming and with how tight the pull is in the crotch area, the plastic can end up pulling very thin down in that deep area. Sometimes it can even tear way down in there but from what we understand after hearing reviews from people who have used our shorts going back to 2008, it doesn't seem to interfere with the functionality of the costume.

This is a kit and it will need to be trimmed, finished, and assembled. The main shorts parts come partially hotsell trimmed as shown in the photos. Additional trimming will be necessary.

These parts are made from vacuum formed .09" thick ABS plastic which makes it more durable than kits made with thinner and / or lesser quality material. We include two 3" strips in case they are needed for joining the two halves of the shorts. We also include two urethane resin greeblies that can be attached to the sides of the shorts.

We typically make these with black ABS plastic. Depending on material on hand, they could potentially be made with white ABS plastic (See photo #8). If you have a preference please contact us and we will see if we can accommodate your request.

This is a one size only costume piece, made to replicate the size of the costume used in the film.

This kit design, often referred to as a "MC" kit within the costuming communities, has been around since 2008.
