SHIPPING:

Please note each listing we have stated expected shipping times. Most items are MADE TO ORDER and require 2-4 weeks to be finished and shipped. All in stock items will be shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase.

Every NORTH AMERICA shipment will come with TRACKING number and it will be updated under your Etsy order. Every North America shipment over US$150 will also come with SIGNATURE required for extra security.

Canadian orders will be shipped via Canada Post that typically arrives 1 to 13 business days. US orders will be shipped via Stallion Express that typically arrives 3-7 business days.

International orders will be shipped via Canada Post international air or tracked parcel depending on your location and available services. They typically arrive within 1 to 4 weeks.

Please note these are estimated dates given by the couriers. There might be delays due to various reasons. If you would like to upgrade your parcel for faster shipping or change the method of shipping, please contact us for more information.

We will NOT be held responsible for any LOST or STOLEN parcels. We are willing to assist on filing claims or provide additional paperwork for LOST or STOLEN parcels.

We will NOT be held responsible for any customs charges or duties that are incurred on any international shipments.

Please be aware that these charges are likely, and that I am unable to predict the amount you will be expected to pay. We are legally obligated to report the contents of each package.


CANCELLATION, RETURN & EXCHANGE:

We understand impulse shopping and accept CANCELLATION within 24 hours of purchase. For cancellation after 24 hours, 10% of the item price will be DEDUCTED for labor cost and restocking fees.
Yes and No, please contact us first with your issues. We will not accept any parcel returned without prior communication.

The below items CAN'T be returned or exchanged:
-Full eternity ring.
-Custom or personalized orders including regular items with engravings.
-Second returns and exchanges are not acceptable.
-Ring size smaller than US 3, larger than US 9.

Any items that are returned, or for exchange, repair, resize, etc must be packaged with appropriate padding, taped securely and mailed with tracking information and insurance for your own protection. We will NOT be held liable for items that arrive damaged or do not arrive at all. We only accept return via USPS or Canada Post.

CUSTOM MADE ORDERS:

Yes, we accept custom made orders.

We have been working with customers for many years to create one of kind memorable piece. Please note this is not an offer to provide a Free Design; this is an offer to provide a Free Quote on a project that can be easily explained to our designer. Our custom design services and our free online custom design quote are intended for customers that have a reasonably clear vision of their design in mind. Currently we are only able to take on custom projects that are sold with hotsell stones sourced by us.

JEWELRY APPRAISALS:

Yes! We can offer appraisal done by G.I.A certified gemologist for all our jewelry piece for extra US$30. Some of our collections will come with complementary appraisal. Please ask for more details.
