If you want to make a lattice according to your individual parameters, then you need to take the next few steps.

First of all, measure your grill and take a picture of it. Send us this information (grill parameters, adding a photo of it) via Etsy messages.

I will advise you on the optimal shape of the grilles to choose or which thickness of metal to choose.

You can choose any pattern of a lattice with the necessary size, and also put on it the inscription necessary for you.

The price of the lattice will depend on the thickness of the metal, and the shape, and size of the structure.
