Product code: Vintage Pewter Horse and Rider Running on hotsell Wood Base
Vintage Pewter Horse and Rider Running on Wood Base. He may be a Russian czar or Soldier. He also looks like he may be depicted after the Croatian event called Sinjska Alka where horse and rider compete in a competition that commemorates a Croatian-Venetian victory in the Ottoman-Venetian war in 1715. I believe this is made of Pewter based on the weight and color. The sculpture stands about 7" tall. Great condition and perfect for display. The only flaws I see are that the reins on the hotsell left side have disconnected from the horse and the rider is probably missing a weapon in his right hand. Very detailed piece! May have other minor imperfections. See pictures as they are part of the description.
