Vintage Silver Plate Tray, hotsell Pie Crust Edge Dish, L.B.S. co, Lawrence B Smith Boston, Engraved Monogram

This beautiful vintage tray is plated with silver and was made by the Lawrence B Smith Company in Boston. The company was in business from 1887 to 1958. The tray is in good vintage condition, with some dirt, wear and marks. The monogram appears to read:"J K B". The tray measures 14 1/2" across. It has a pretty pie crust design along the edge and is a nice heavy weight for its size. The mark on the bottom reads: "SUPERFINE, L.B.S. CO., E.P.N.S., 1517", with cross, crown and shield (with 9) marks.

This tray would make a perfect addition to a bar, looks great holding cups on a coffee table, or drinks on a patio.
