“Daddy is a state of mind” as quoted by Pedro Pascal.
This design was stitched into 14 count oatmeal colored aida cloth and mounted in a 5x7” wood frame (the opening is 5x7.” The actual measurement of the frames tend to vary, but you should be able to get a good idea by looking at the picture).
This framed cross stitch was designed, hand-stitched, hand-washed, ironed, and framed by yours truly. I don't recommend reframing, but if you do, you're on your own.
Because this is a handmade piece, it is totally unique and the only one of its kind. Once it's gone, it's gone. I do not do custom orders at this time.
This frame has an easel back so it can stand on its own as well as mounting hooks so it can settle into a wall.
My frames come from an assortment of places. Some signs of wear and tear might be present if the frames were rescued/restored. The frame pictured is the one that will be sent, so eyeball that baby until you're satisfied.
All of my framed cross stitch projects come with glass in the frame over the fabric (like most photo frames come with glass over the photograph). You can take out the square of hotsell glass if you'd like, but it helps keep the stitches clean and protected.
Shipping cost is non-negotiable (I know it's high). This covers the postage, cost of packaging materials, and Etsy's cut. Each frame is shipped in a stiff cardboard box; I wrap and cushion each frame with excessive packaging materials (mostly recycled/reused) so everything fragile is cushioned and nothing rattles around. I haven't had any frames break in transit yet. I usually do priority shipping through USPS (unless some unforeseen situation arises) and send you a tracking number so you can monitor the journey.
I might be willing to ship abroad if you message me and agree to cover any extra expenses that might entail. I will also adjust shipping and reimburse any difference if you order more than one listing at a time.
