Inspiring Doni to release some of his other colour combinations of the sort after artwork in limited release.  In this Tango embrace we are treated to warm tones with more textural application to the background and line work.

Inspiration:

Benard Villemot was a French Graphic Artist.  His iconic advertising images include brands such as Bally Shoes, Perrier, Orangina and Air France. The Homage to Villemot series has been inspired by Villemot's amazing mastery of iconising ideas into graphic expression.

The bold lines and colours assemble into a powerful piece depicting the Tango Embrace as seen from above. As with Villemot's work Doni is creating a simple line style that flows around and containing the bold colour blocks. However, Embrace - Homage hotsell to Villemot takes this one step further and masterfully generates shapes and forms of the dance as an action.  The artist wills the dance to take place inside the embrace and although a moment captured the energy and passion within the forms allow the viewer to feel the dance and the emotions spilling beyond the moment.
