This pretty Mini Top Hat is done in a beautiful light blue and white embroidered fabric, similar to Alice's dress in the movie. A figure of Alice (brooch) is the centerpiece of this hat. A cute mini teacup, mini cake, White Rabbit pocket watch, lots of flowers, feathers, & a teapot hat pin adorn this hat. It would be great for a Mad Hatter Tea Party, Alice In Wonderland Un Birthday Party, Kentucky Derby, English Tea Party, Cosplay, Comic Con, a Victorian Tea Party, Child's Halloween Costume, or even a Steampunk affair. It would also be an adorable cake topper for your Mad Hatter Tea Party, or as the table centerpiece, boosted up on a tall candlestick.

This mini top hat is 4 & 1/2” tall (from bottom of brim to top of crown), and the brim is slightly bigger than a woman's hand from fingertip to end of palm. The brim is approximately 6“ x 7“, and is wired.

I have 2 colors of elastic to choose from...black and white. Please choose a color that best matches your hair. In my opinion, elastic is the best option for keeping the hat on your head, and it is worn around the back of your head (where a low ponytail would be located). The hat will come with your color choice of elastic already installed. To get your custom fit, you will need to pull the elastic until it is very snug on your head, and yet, still comfortable. Then tie a knot on that side, exactly like the one I have done on the other side. Please do not cut off the excess elastic until you are sure of the fit. Each hat also has an open hole on the underside of the brim, which also helps it to stay on. These hats are not very heavy.

•I try to make sure each item shipped is secure and packaged well. I wire my wreaths to the box to prevent as little movement as possible during shipping.

•Delivered, or not delivered: My shipments include a tracking number with delivery confirmation within the U.S. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your delivery address, but you have not received your order, please contact your local USPS to investigate the issue. I take the utmost care with packing, but I cannot be held accountable for packages once they have left my hands. I am NOT responsible for lost or damaged in transit items due to mishandling by USPS, or by theft.
•International Delivery - NO FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING! As I ship Free within the U.S., I will pay $8 towards International Shipping, but the buyer is then responsible for any overages, taxes, fees, or import duties that may be due.

Cancellations & Returns:
•I gladly accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.
•PHOTOS• are the MAIN DESCRIPTION. Please look carefully before buying. I will photograph and describe any flaws that I know of.
•I don't accept returns or exchanges, BUT, returns are accepted (at my expense) if I miss a large flaw.

Insurance:
•You may opt to have your item insured. Please contact me BEFORE making your payment, and I will add that on. USPS automatically insures up to $50 at no charge.
•If an item is damaged in mail transit, please immediately contact me. You can open a claim with USPS hotsell to get your money back, and then possibly re-order from me the item you wanted, although no two items will be exactly alike, due to the availability of inventory used to create my projects.
