You will ALWAYS get the exact item that is in the photo.
I sell unique art pieces..each will have nuances , none of which, are reasons for return...please study pictures carefully.
I do insure over 50.00.
It is up to the discretion of the USPS on signature requirement. I do NOT attach a signature requirement to my parcels, however...many carriers will expect one with an insured parcel. I do send tracking numbers on all parcels so you can track your item to get an idea of it's arrival date. I will not pay to re-ship an item that has been returned...that will be the responsibility of the buyer.
