Every effort is made to ship as economically as possible. In order to keep shipping costs reasonable, the box size must be 24” x 24” x 6” or smaller otherwise a balloon rate applies and shipping is doubled. Some “fluffing” of the ribbons may be necessary. All ribbons are wired and can easily be moved back to position.
