1) Select your desired quantity from the “Quantity/Price” drop-down menu.
2) Tell us if you want a digital mockup of your design before printing by selecting “YES” or “NO” from the “Digital Mockup” drop-down menu.
♥ If you choose NO Digital Mockup, your order will go into production sooner. We encourage this option if you need your can coolers ASAP.
♥ If you choose YES, you will have 48 hours to approve your Digital Mockup or request edits. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, your Digital Mockup will be considered approved. See more details below in the FAQs.
3) Add your personalization details in the box above.
♥ If you do not provide the information needed for the design you purchase, we will reformat the design and use what you have given us to create your order. We try to reach out via Etsy Messages as much as possible, but we are not always able to do this if we are receiving a lot of orders. Please enter the necessary information in the "Add your personalization" box provided above so we can complete your order as accurately as possible.
4) Leave the next drop-down menu labeled "Quantity" at "1".
5) Your Digital Mockup (if you choose to receive one) will be sent to your Etsy Messages. Make sure your Etsy app notifications are turned on so you don't miss our messages! We will assume it is approved if we haven't received a response within 48 hours, so make sure you are checking your Etsy Messages. Each day we wait for your approval will push your estimated delivery window back one business day. We do not receive responses via email, so be sure to reply in Etsy Messages!

♥ ORDER TIMELINE: Current production times can be found in the “Shipping” section of this listing, as well as on our shop homepage in the announcement section. Production times can vary depending on the number of orders we are receiving at a given time.
♥ MATERIAL: polyurethane foam is flexible and collapsible (folds flat)

♥ DESIGN AREA: up to 2-5/8"W x 4"H (both sides)
♥ CAN COOLER COLORS: See listing pictures above for options. Product quantities will be evenly distributed to each color. For orders of 50 or more, choose up to 2 can cooler colors, and for orders of 100 or more, choose up to 4 can cooler colors.
♥ INK COLORS: Only 1 per order. See listing pictures above for options. Our can coolers are professionally screen printed.
♥ FREE GIFT WITH PURCHASE: We include free "bride" & "groom"/OR 2 "bride"/OR 2 "groom" can coolers with every order. Please let us know which combination you'd like to receive, or we will send our best guess based on the names provided for your order.

♥ CAN I SEE A DIGITAL MOCKUP BEFORE MY CAN COOLERS PRINT?
Absolutely! Tell us if you want a digital mockup of your design before printing by selecting “YES” from the “Digital Mockup” drop-down menu. Your Digital Mockup (if you choose to receive one) will be sent to your Etsy Messages. All digital mockup communication must be done via Etsy Messages. We do not receive replies to Etsy email notifications that you receive in your email inbox. ***Make sure your Etsy app notifications are turned on so you don't miss our messages!*** To ensure that we don't miss your important date, you will have 48 hours to approve or make edits to your order. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, your proof will be considered approved (if more than one option was created, we will choose the option for you) and your order will print and ship within the current production time frame of digital mockup being "approved." Each day we wait for your approval will push your estimated delivery window back one business day. If edits are needed, we will happily continue to work on your design until you are satisfied and give us the "green light" to print! If you choose to *not* receive a Digital Mockup, your order will go into production sooner than if you choose to receive a Digital Mockup. We encourage this option if you need your can coolers ASAP.
♥ WHAT COLOR INK SHOULD I CHOOSE?
Contrast is key! Make sure your chosen ink color will provide enough contrast on all the can cooler colors you choose. We do *not* recommend Sparkly inks on any patterned can coolers. Dark ink colors will not provide enough contrast on darker colored can coolers, and light ink colors will not provide enough contrast on lighter colored can coolers. We suggest choosing a lighter ink color to print on a darker can cooler, and a darker ink color for a lighter can cooler. This will ensure your final product is easy to read and will photograph well at your event! Please message us with any concerns or if you need help choosing your colors. We can send pictures of examples. Only 1 ink color is allowed per order.
♥ CAN YOU CUSTOMIZE THE TEXT/DESIGN?
Yes! Personalization is free and we can change the text to anything you want, as long as it fits within the design. If you want to change the text to something different from what is shown in the pictures, make sure to select “YES” under the “Digital Mockup” drop-down menu when adding the item to your cart.
♥ CAN CELEBRATION EVENTS CO MAKE AN ORIGINAL DESIGN FOR MY CAN COOLER?
Yes! We are happy to make an original design for you! Custom designs do take much longer than the current production times. Please send us an Etsy Message with (1) how many can coolers you need, (2) a detailed description of what you want your finished product to look like (pictures for inspiration are welcome), (3) your delivery zip code, and (4) the date that you would need your order by. We take as many custom design requests as we are able which is dependent upon the number of orders we are receiving. If we have to say "no" to your request, it is because we are receiving a high volume of orders, or there is not enough time to create a custom design and produce the item before your event. We love hearing from our customers, so please feel free to reach out via Etsy Messages!
♥ WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Before placing your order, be sure to check the estimated delivery dates on the listing to make sure you can receive your order in time for your event! After an order is placed for our standard production (not rush production), we will provide an *estimated* delivery range (our best guess for when it will be delivered according to production days and the typical amount of time it takes to ship). Shipping delays can happen and are out of our control, unfortunately, and are the responsibility of the mail carrier. If you'd like a guaranteed delivery date before your event hotsell date, you will need to purchase Rush Production before we begin production on your order.
