hotsell This vintage collectable chest was made in Italy by Capodimonte in the 1950's and features various cherubs and angels around people scenes. The chest is trimmed in gold color and has an ornately detailed handle in the front to lift the lid. Under the chest is a Capodimonte mark with "1535/286 Italy'' showing its authenticity and piece number. Inside the chest is white ceramic with a floral pattern on the lid and inside. “Capodimonte was first produced in the port city of Naples, Italy in 1743. The royal Naples factory located in Capodimonte produced ceramics that were highly decorative, sculptural, hand crafted with many details, and of superior quality.
