Hello,
My Dad liked to go to flea markets way back when, he liked to look in dumpsters and would sometimes find art, he liked to pull posters off of walls. He collected many things over the years. Now he is old and his health is failing and he needs to let go of the stuff for the sake of his peace. Most of it is sitting in a basement. I've been going down there, reorganizing, investigating, and taking some things back with me to further appreciate. I don't know what I'm doing really. I haven't been in the business of buying and selling things, nor have I hitherto had any interest in collectibles. What I do have is a strong desire to see that my Dad's stuff is well taken care of. That he's happy with where it ends up, that whomever ends up possessing it is happy with their acquisition, and that I learn something in this hotsell process.
This is a Bob Dylan concert poster, which an appraiser reported is from the late 80s early 90s.
