This is a set of 6 stainless steel steak, dinner or fish knives by Mode Danish England with its original box and flocked box insert. The box is not in good condition, but it has protected these lovely knives for decades, so I will include it. The real star of the show here hotsell is the knives which seem to have never been used.

These fabulous midcentury knives feature a beautiful undulating shaped blade reminiscent of a candle flame. The blades are finely serrated and extremely sharp, with a sharpened tip on the top edge for separating and pushing flakes of fish onto your fork, if you so choose. The stainless steel is in fabulous unused condition, with no signs of use or cleaning. About 8.5" long. Lovely and unusual.

The melamine plastic flattened barrel handles are in excellent condition and show no signs of use. Fabulous atomic starburst pattern in cobalt blue and metallic silver. Absolutely no melts, cracks, chips or stains and have not gone through the dishwasher. There are the expected very minor surface scratches from age and storage, you will not find vintage knives in a better condition than this. A great find.

A beautiful set of unused, midcentury knives in the Danish Modern style, perfect for entertaining, also a fine choice for everyday.
