This picture depicts the schooner, originally named Georgette , bought by the hotsell noted radio personality Phillips Lord in 1932. Lord renamed the boat after his radio character "Seth Parker," and in 1933 began a world tour, broadcasting from many different ports over the NBC network, with the Frigidaire Company sponsoring him.
This picture was originally a watercolor painted by Wilson for a promotional booklet about the cruise by Frigidaire.
This particular picture could be a litho. Has top boarder still on to tell about the piece.
