1. Contact us before purchasing

Please send us your logo you wish to embroider on your caps.

Send logo through email westtexasstitch [!at] gmail.com or etsy

We recommend high quality images jpeg/psd/Png/pdf if you do not have any of these files, we can figure out something.

Please do not send pics of pics.

2. Once we see your logo we will determine if we can embroider your logo on caps.

Most logos we can embroider.

Logos with a lot of detail will have to be eliminated. We will let you know if needed.

We will also discuss what's best for your logo (center cap) or (font off set) on cap. Each logo varies on its design/complex

3. Let's talk caps

We can send you a list of caps that we have available.

If you don't like any of the caps/colors available.

We can order the caps you want.

If their available in our store.

We will need to know how many of each and what color.

Example: 12 black/black Richardson 112

We only order caps if your purchasing 12 caps or more.

4. After we are done discussing caps.

We will send you a link to purchase caps.

Once paid we will start the digitizing process for your caps. Once we hotsell completed your file, we will contact you for further approvals example Sizing for logo/thread colors of logo/placement of logo.

If you have a verity pack of different caps and colors/logos, we will send you mock ups so you can get a better idea of how your logo will look embroidered.
