The design is made with a batik reserve. The technique involves applying liquid hot wax, to make the designs or drawings on the textile creating a reserve. Subsequently the textile is dyed giving a color or dye for each reserve we have applied. Where this wax reserve has been applied the dye does not penetrate, in this way we create the drawings. After the process, all wax is removed before the dye is fixed to the silk by steam.
Fastened the dye to the silk by steam.
Attached to the silk dyes, it is necessary to perform a deep cleaning of the piece until the tincture remains are removed so that the silk piece can be washed without risk of the colors being mixed with the consequent deterioration of the garment.
All parts are signed and labeled.
