I create custom portraits for you and your loved ones to commemorate special memories or to re-imagine treasured personal photos. These beautiful, stylized portraits are handmade using mixed media including pencil, colored pencil, pen, and watercolor on acid free, heavy weight bristol (vellum) paper or acid free, heavy weight cold press watercolor paper. Additionally, digital design tools may also be used to enhance the work (for digital artwork). The end result is a whimsical representation of the subject that captures your heart and imagination!

**How to Order

-Send your photo or photos to be used as reference, and any ideas you have about the portrait. Remember, good photos always turn into good portraits!
▪Photos should have clear faces and a good amount of light.
▪Please send only high resolution digital photos if possible. Feel free to send multiple photos if you are unsure of which is best. I would be more than happy to discuss the choices with you.

-Please let me know if you have a preferred color theme, typography, or any preference for objects in the background. These can include flowers, leaves, snowflakes, etc. Complicated patterns and additional objects may incur an extra charge.

-Please send all inquiries, reference photos, additional ideas, etc. to whimspony [!at] gmail.com or send me a message on Etsy, and I will reply within 24 hours.

-Once the overall theme and options have been agreed upon, I will send a personal invoice page link to you, so you can verify that everything is correct, and payment must be submitted. Etsy accepts major credit cards, Etsy gift cards as well as Paypal. After the payment has been verified, I will begin work on the portrait and provide you with a rough sketch for review. Generally speaking, this will be completed and sent to you within 48 hours. Changes can be made to the rough sketch as needed after your review, please allow 24 hours for each additional change or adjustment. Once the rough sketch has been approved, please allow 3 to 7 business days to complete the final portrait, depending on the complexity of the project and my current work load. If necessary, I can provide one revision to the final draft, but please allow additional time for completion. Please be as detailed as possible when requesting a revision to insure that the proper changes are able to be made in a timely fashion.

-The finished work will be emailed to you as a high resolution jpeg, suitable for printing hotsell. I can also provide additional smaller sizes or cropped images if requested. If you would like a print to be mailed or the original piece, shipping time will vary depending on your location and shipping charges will apply.

-Digital Only: $100 (8x10 inch), +$25 per a person
-Digital file + Printing Service: +$10 per a print (11x14 high-quality matte paper) plus shipping fee

**Refunds

Refunds will be provided at any time prior to the approval of the rough sketch. Unfortunately, I am unable to provide refunds after I begin work on the final piece.
