The light is all steel with a black painted finish - stand is aluminum and has 3 sections - goes to a height of apx 7 feet.

Light is in very good condition - slight residue from tape on top from heat.
Stand has scrapes and scratches - typical from use.

It makes a great display for theater rooms.
