This set is used but in good condition and includes the dollhouse and hotsell all furniture and accessories that are in the photos. There is some damage to a few pieces: the vanity has a small chip in one of the drawers, the base of the bookcase is damaged and no longer stands properly, the lamp shade is broken. The entire set is over 15 years old and is being sold AS IS. The music does work on the crib but batteries are not included.
