I have a Abraham Lincoln Tom Clark figure. He is dusty, has hotsell been in cigarette smoke (not In the last 7 years) an mold. They are cleanable, The second photo shows a Winston Churchill (right side in picture, left one is brand new, she liked my cleaned up older looking one better) I sold an was cleaned by me & the buyer, he came extremely clean. An needs some type of oil left of him after cleaning. I'll do the initial cleaning. Packaged top notch to ensure no damage. There's nothing wrong with him except dirty!! I do not know where his certificate is.
