University housing is designed to be efficient, most bed frames have the ability to raise the mattress 36" high to enable storage space under the bed. This design allows you to fold one panel up and leave the others hanging down, just in case you decide to move a dresser under your raised bed!

The XL Twin beds are generally arranged against a wall in effort to maximize center floor space, which is why the bed skirts are single sided. Panels for the foot and head of bed are also available under the additional options.

They are easy to install, and are adjustable; raise your mattress, lay the deck of the bed skirt down, determine how long you want the bed skirt to hang by adjust the decking close to the edge or pushing it back, drop your mattress back down on the frame. The weight of your mattress will hold the bed skirt in place.
