These joined bowls are perfect for serving dips, chips, nuts or anything else you may like to treat your guests to. They have a graceful handle which makes transferring them from one place to another an easy task. They make a perfect housewarming gift if you are prepared to part with them.

This bowl set is made from a dark black clay and, together with brown and beige glazes, create a beautiful bronze effect. Sometimes with this glaze combination beautiful shades of blue appear on the item but I have no control over this effect and just have to keep my fingers crossed.

As often happens in ceramics the glaze ran onto the base of one of the bowls. I sanded the drip down completely and the bowl set stands completely steady on any flat surface. The last image shows you traces of the glaze drip on the sides of one bowl.

My work is designed and created with much love, always with the utmost consideration for its use.
This item is made from ceramic stoneware and is fired to a temperature of 1200 degrees celsius (2192 Fahrenheit).
It is glazed with lead-free and food safe glazes and is ideal for use in the oven and microwave but not over an open flame.
It is dishwasher safe.
If the item is out of stock, I can make another one, but the new item may vary slightly in size. That's the beauty of handmade objects.
I work alone and hope you understand that creating new items will take approximately 4 to 6 weeks.
