80s puff hotsell sleeves dress / rose bouquet cocktail dress / bow shoulder full dress

Vintage 1980s cotton dress with V neckline, short exaggerated puff sleeves with bows on shoulders, 5 buttons and zipper back closure, dropped waist, pleated full skirt with side pockets and midi length. The dress has a gorgeous large rose bouquet floral print in subdued shades of pink and green on a white background. Made in Malaysia.
