It is made with Purple Heart, Yellow Heart, and Cherry wood and sealed with a Mineral Oil and Butcher Block Conditioner

Cutting Board Care:

Do:
- Wash cutting board with a damp, warm cloth
- Dry immediately
- Store in a flat, dry area
- Oil board with food grade mineral oil or butcher block conditioner

Do NOT:
- Soak board in water
- Wash in dishwasher or with dish detergent
