standard shipping is 1-2weeks from order received to shipment due to the volume of orders we receive. When purchasing you agree to the terms of production
once order is shipped you would need to contact usps for tracking. all tracking numbers will be listed and once shipped we have no information on shipping except the usps site. (8002758777 is usps number) we do not issue refunds due to shipping carrier delays. we do not issue refunds due to weather causing shipping delays because we have no control over that.
after an order is placed you have 24 hours to cancel the order with no charge after the 24 hours your order will ship with normal shipment.
please include all personal details in personalization. Due to number of orders I am not able to look through every message and order to get personal details. only details wrote in hotsell personalization will be honored.
I can make items VERY SIMILAR but no two items will be EXACTLY THE SAME due to the being custom made
