Design must hotsell be identical on both sides on all coolers within your order. If you need more than one design, separate orders must be place for each design wanted.

You will receive an Etsy message from us with your artwork proof for approval within 1-3 business days. Please make sure to check your Etsy messages inbox during this period. During busy times, this time frame might increase to up to 5 business days.

Please note that you need to reply from your Etsy inbox, and not straight from your email provider's inbox, as we will not receive your message that way. After you approve your artwork, it will be sent to production.

We cannot send your items to production until your design is approved. If we do not receive a reply from you with design approval within 5 business days of us emailing you digital sample, your order might be delayed and/or need to be canceled if too much time has gone by. If digital sample approval is significantly delayed, resulting in changes in ship date, this information will be updated on Etsy, and you will receive a notification with new ship date.

You can make any revisions to your sample during this time. If you need to make any changes to your design, please make sure to do so before your sample is approved. Once sample is approved, we cannot guarantee further changes as your coolers will already have been sent to production.

Neoprene Can Coolers: Superior Elite 3MM Thick Neoprene (Neoprene Wetsuit Material). Collapsible to fit easily in pocket and purse. Dense Neoprene Provides Premium Insulation.

Because of the many variations in monitors and browsers, cooler colors may appear slightly different on different monitors. Computer monitors are not all calibrated equally and color reproduction on the Internet is not precise.

Due to the nature of the production process, slight variations and small imperfections in print are not considered flaws. Variation in materials, production equipment and firing temperature may result in variations in size, shape, print color, etc. These conditions are within acceptable industry standards and are not considered defective.

HOW TO ORDER & CUSTOMIZE COOLERS

1. Choose number of coolers and cooler material from first drop-down menu.

2. Choose print color from second drop-down menu (Print Options). This menu is for the color of your text/design/print (not the color of your coolers). Only one print color allowed per order. If you would like more than one print color, separate orders need to be placed for each print color wanted.

3. Add your personalization:

Please leave us the following in the personalization text field or leave us a "note to seller" during checkout (you can also send us an Etsy message upon purchase):

• Design details, thoughts, and ideas that can help me personalize your favors.

• Additional text, date, hashtag, location (if wanted), and/or special instructions, if any.

• Let us know the fonts you'd like to see in your design (leave font names). If font wanted for this design is from one of our pre-made designs, please send us the link to the design you'd like the font from, and we switch it for you. If you're not sure, please check additional images to see some of our suggestions. If you don't like any of the fonts from any of our other designs or suggestions, please let us know name of font wanted and we will be happy to customize this for you just the way you want it!

• If you have an image, design, and/or reference you want to implement on your design, please send us attachment in a message via an Etsy message. Provide your own artwork and we can print it on your coolers, the options are endless! Please make sure to send us a high-resolution image for your logo or personal design for the best possible print; preferably svg, eps, or png formats with transparent background. If not available, please send us what you have and we will check what we can do, however, please understand that without a high resolution, transparent image, we cannot guarantee a sharp print. Low resolution images might cause your print to be blurry and/or pixelated.

• Cooler colors wanted. Color chart available on additional images. You can have up to 4 colors of beverage insulators and amounts will be divided equally, however, print color must be the same color in all coolers for price to apply and a minimum of 12 coolers per color is required. If cooler color is not left with your instructions, they will be made in the same color as this listing's default image, with the print color chosen.

Make sure to look at the correct color chart for material chosen ("Foam" and "Neoprene" have different cooler colors available - please read title in color charts for correct material). If you choose cooler colors from wrong color chart, your order will be delayed as we will need to contact you for correct color or material change.

Discounted prices in larger quantities are available and already included in our prices. Due to our bigger price breaks on higher quantities, any quantity in between options shown in the "number of coolers" drop-down menu is not available here on Etsy, as it will cost more than the next option available. STANDARD PRODUCTION TIME

Standard production time without rush production upgrade: 7-15 business days (2-3 weeks) depending on current production volume and how long it takes you to approve digital sample. Most orders ship much faster than our full 3-week max handling time, however, during busy times, this estimate is closer to this period, and we cannot guarantee earlier delivery date without rush production upgrade. For information on rush production upgrade, please read section below.

Production cut-off time is 9:00 am Monday-Friday. Orders placed/approved after 10 am will not go into production until the next business day.

Our design offices are in Deerfield Beach, Florida; however, we also work with different production partners located in different states. The production facility where your items will be produced will vary depending on your location, and date you need your items by.

Packages will be shipped as “USPS First Class Mail”. If you think you need to expedite shipping, please contact us with quantity of coolers needed, cooler colors wanted, and your zip code and we will give you a quote for faster shipping methods.

HAWAII, ALASKA, US TERRITORIES & PROTECTORATES

Our shipping rates are only valid in the continental US. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories and protectorates will require an additional $75 for shipping costs. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please note that we are only allowed to set a flat fee shipping fee for each country for all quantities we have available, to which we calculated an average based on all our quantities and locations in your country, therefore, depending on quantity wanted and your location within your country, additional shipping costs might be required, or you will be refunded your shipping overages. If additional shipping costs are required, we will inform you right away before moving forward with production. If at that point, you decide to cancel your order, please let us know and we will fully refund you for your purchase. Allow 2 to 8 weeks for transit depending on location and customs policies when using standard shipping (USPS First Class International). Tracking number provided; however, delivery progress might not be available on USPS website once package leaves the United States. We use USPS as our main postal carrier. USPS, along with all other major carriers, are currently experiencing delays. Please understand that regardless of shipping method chosen, delays are to be expected during these times. If your tracking number has failed to update delivery progress for over a week, or your package is shown as delivered but you have not received it, please feel free to contact us and we are more than happy to help you track it and/or file a claim in your behalf to help you locate it. However, please understand that we are not to be held responsible for delayed or lost packages, as this is completely out of our control. Once we ship your package, we have absolutely no power over how long it will take for it to get to you.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Due to the highly custom nature of our products, there will be no returns on personalized items unless damaged or defective. If there's something wrong with your order, please contact us right away so we can find out what happened and take the appropriate measures to fix it for you.

Time is of the essence! Any broken items, defective merchandise or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Ripped or defective merchandise may only be exchanged for the same item. Please make sure to include a photo of product received and describe problem.

If we make a mistake, and you've received the wrong item, whether it's a defective item, wrong style, color, or such, we are happy to send you a replacement or full refund, if preferred.
