hotsell A fun, colorful and unusual container...and a sparkly, pink pixie to accessorize.
The handle has been repaired and, yes, the pink pixie is included. I was going to use the pixie just for pics, but it is so right with this container I just have to keep them together.
This 1960 Holt Howard Jam n Jelly handled container has a contemporary squiggle and rectangle design done in pink and aqua. The trapezoid shaped handle has ridges and has an Art Deco feel. I refer to this as Pixieware, not really sure of the correct categorization.
I showed several ways to display this unusual container, but it is fabulous on its own and will hold a good amount of candy or treasures.
The handle has been repaired and there is some pronounced crazing and some slight darkening,

The pixie is a reproduction glass hanger that I customized by painting pink, giving her polkadots and sugaring her. The texture on her suit is thick and the polkadots vary in size and shape.
Container measures 6” x 4” x 4” and the pixie is about 1 3/4” from her rear end to the top of her head.
