This is a Cowgirl Halloween Costume Tutu Dress size 6-12 Months to size 14. This dress features a white fabric top with lace up back and star belt buckle belt. The bottom is Royal Blue. Please send measurement from arm pit to where you want the dress to hit at the bottom. This dress is very full and would be great for pictures or a Halloween Costume. .
