Wonderfull watercolor of an older home done in muted red, weatherbeaten ...tin roof... gothic trimmed dormer second floor window. Overhaning on top is the shade tree making a small appearance. Beautfillu controlled work and talented artist. There is a slight feel that the old house might be tipping a bit but like an an old dowager, she's got the cane to hold herself up and use on anyone who says she's anything but perfectly upright.
In truth I cannot find any info about an artist with this name and do not know how old it is. On the top there seem to be fragments of the matting stuck to the glass. I have not attempted to take the art out and inspect further. The piece is free from any damage and the frame is in scuffed shape.
