Antique Flow Blue Willow Plate Set - Royal Worcester England

I often tell my clients that I see blue and white as a neutral. Growing up in the South, it's a staple in every home and this antique set is a true beauty in AMAZING condition!

Blue Willow originated in England in 1790 and it's pattern depicts the legend of the blue willow - a tale centered around the famous willow tree and two turtledoves, both depicted in the design. It's a real Romeo and Juliet tale- read up on it if you're unfamiliar!

This is an estate sale find! The backstamp of this transferware dates to 1890's England and was produced by the Worcester Porcelain Company.

C O N D I T I O N
This set is in amazingly pristine antique condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. The color and decoration are consistent with age and use. I do my very best to inspect each piece, note any imperfections I may see, and support my findings with listing photos.
