Vintage 1925 Exposition des Arts Decoratifs Souvenir Glass hotsell and Brass Notions Box

Brass framed glass panel box with scenic photo of the 1925 Paris Exposition on the thick glass lid. The photo has a scene of La Porte d'Honneur that has been hand tinted and accented with mother of pearl. The box has a tufted mauve satin pillow ideal for displaying a little treasure. The box stands 2 3/4 inches tall on 3/4 inch feet. The side panels are 2 1/2 by 1 1/2 inches with a raised lip. The lid is a brass framed 2 1/2 inch square, 1/8 inch thick piece of glass with a coiled spring latch. The piece is in overall good condition with some torqueing to the hinge which can be expected after hotsell almost 100 years.
