Lovely pair of vintage salad serving utensils, made in Mexico of sterling silver with wooden handles (rosewood, I believe). The set dates to about the mid century and includes a gracefully curved spoon and a large three-tined fork with curving wooden handles. The utensils are stamped on the back with a triangular hallmark that says Mexico, 925 Sterling, IMP SA.
The utensils are in good condition, with some light scratches and surface wear commensurate with age and use. The handles have darkened over time and are a deep brown, almost black. They're still very sturdy with a lot of years left in them. Please see photos hotsell for details.
Size: 10.5 to 10.75 inches long
