EXCHANGE
We accept the exchange of purchases if the size you bought does not fit. Just contact us to arrange the exchange within 3 days from the date of receipt of the item. Buyers are responsible for all exchange and shipping costs. Custom items do not qualify for exchanges.
TERMS OF EXCHANGE
Shoes should be in their original condition and packed without signs of wear, scratches, toe marks or dirt. We advise our customers to try the shoes on carpeted floors to prevent friction. If the shoes are returned with scratches, wear marks, toe marks, we will not be able to process the return / exchange. Customers are responsible for all exchange and return fees.
EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Contact me within 3 DAYS of delivery.
2) Place a new order for the right size and it will be shipped within 3-4 business days.
3)Return and send us the shoes of the exchange within 7 days from the date of the exchange hotsell request.Please request a tracking number so the parcel won't get lost and send me the tracking number within 7 days.When the shoes are received, we will process a refund (shipping will NOT be returned) You will also be responsible for the return shipping.
*** Shipping / express shipping costs are non-refundable, as this money was used to ship your original item.
