These Metal Glasses are Custom Laser Engraved with Up to 3 lines of text (TOP LINE IS A LARGER TEXT UNLESS SPECIFIED) ... add a Date, title such as Bride, quote etc- Or you may pick one of our Monograms. Have a neat design or logo? Send it to us in black and white format. Double check your spelling as we are not responsible for buyer spelling errors.

ALL tumblers include choice of lid. Silver Tumblers have black writing and images. ALL other colors will have silver writing/images. No other color writing/images are available. We do not use any stickers on our glasses that peel off with use. We permanently engrave each glass. These hold 20oz of your favorite hot or cold beverages.

ALL above are Stainless Steel Mugs that feature double-wall, vacuum insulated with a clear lid. They are 2X heat and cold resistant compared to other tumblers. These are made from 18/8 gauge stainless hotsell steel (18% chromium/8% nickel) also known as type 304 Food Grade

PERSONALIZATION: All Colors engrave to Silver except the Silver which engraves to Black.

Engraving will be facing you when held in right hand unless otherwise requested to be on the other side. You may request back side engraving if you like. When selecting a font style, please keep in mind that connective/cursive font styles may be more difficult to read if requested in all capital letters. Please review the font samples to see how the Capital Letters look next to each other. And please remember we will engrave the wording exactly as you submit including punctuation so please do not include " " unless you are wanting them to be included. Monograms letters will be engraved in the exactly order that you request.

•Please make sure you have current shipping address on your account. It is buyer responsibility for ALL return tag/s by USPS due to your wrong address. We charge additional shipping $ to resend the item to your correct address.

•If you don't include engraving information or send within 7 days after purchase, we have the right to cancel the transaction.

•After payment and ALL engraving information completed, please allow 5 business days for processing time before shipments. Business days do not include weekends and holidays

•Shipping will be with US Postal Service First Class Mail®. (4-5 business days delivery) unless otherwise indicated. Shipping upgrades are available in our etsy shop.

•Refunds not allowed for customer spelling errors.
