French Garden Save the Date, hotsell Blue Floral Botanical Wreath Design

ALVA SUITE

Reminiscent of the grand gardens gardens created in seventeenth- and eighteenth-century France, the Alva Save the Date focuses on blue florals and lush greenery.
The design is entirely hand-painted in Watercolour.

The general design of the card will remain the same, while the wording as well as colour options will be personalised to you and your event.

Samples are a great way feel the quality and see the details in the illustrations before you purchase your invitation with us. To order a sample of the Save the Date simply select 'Sample' from the dropdown. Please note that all samples are non-personalised.

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE

Printed, single-sided Save the Date card in size A6 plus coordinating envelopes in the colour of your choice. Please see the last image for colour options.

Optional add ons and embellishments that can be purchased separately include digital guest envelope addressing, Calligraphy handwritten envelope addressing, envelope liners, silk ribbon and fine twine as well as wax seals. Please get in touch to receive pricing.

PAPER

The invitations and enclosures are professionally, digitally printed on 300gsm Tintoretto Gesso, a soft white, lightly hammered, fine Italian paper. Other paper options are hotsell available upon request - please just get in touch.

HOW IT WORKS

Once you have placed your order, please send me a message with the following information:

Your names
Date & time of the Wedding
Location
Any other customisation to the wording

TIMELINE

Once I have received all your information, I will get in touch with you to confirm your order and get the process started. You will then receive a proof of your invitations within 5 working days. Proofs are a realistic mockup of the design with your information and colour choices.
All designs include two rounds of revisions. Every round after that is charged for with £25. Revisions include changes to the wording. They do not include design changes.

Once you have approved your Save the Dates I will send them to print. Please allow 7 - 10 working days for printing, quality checks, packaging and dispatching your invitations.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Any changes in text or quantity requested after approval of the final proof will incur fees. If the Client approves incorrect wording in the final proof, Linden Illustration will not be held responsible and the client is responsible for reprinting costs. If however the finished prints do not match the approved proof, Linden Illustration will be responsible for reprinting all affected items free of charge.

No finished product, either physical or digital, will be send until final payment has been made.

In order to avoid delays to the agreed timeframe of the custom and semi-custom process, the client is kindly asked to respond to each proof sent by Linden Illustration within five working days. If the client does not send either revision requests or approval for print within one week, the client will receive a reminder from Linden Illustration. Failure to respond to this within three working days will result in a delay fee which is 25% of the total value of the order.If the client experiences unexpected circumstances during the design process that may delay the response time, please notify Linden Illustration as soon as possible so that arrangements can be made. 

All artwork is copyrighted and is the sole property of Linden Illustration. Usage is for personal use only. The client may not resell or use any designs for commercial purposes.
Linden Illustration retains the right to publish artworks and wedding papers on its website and social media. If there is an issue with Linden Illustration doing so, please advise beforehand.
