Typically the bail for smaller pieces will fit up to 1.5mm thick chain, we wouldn't recommend anything thicker. For the larger pieces we would recommend anything thinner than 3mm. Please contact us about sizing if you are unsure, and if you are not satisfied with the size of the product please return it. We are trying our best to write out and physically show the sizes of our products. We will also be happy to take a product back if the size is not right for you, we do not want our shoppers to be unsatisfied with their purchases. For international shipping's the standard time for delivery is 10-15 days for arrival. Delays can happen due to a hold at customs, if the package is delayed please contact us and we will give guidance on how to release the package.
